Design

Programming

The proper installation of residential DTV+ spa systems requires diagnostics of the home’s current plumbing, electrical and water heating systems. This ensures a suitable design and installation, which will include all the functionalities and features that make DTV+ so beneficial to our clients’ health. We run diagnostics to ensure that each stored DTV+ spa setting is programmed to fit our clients’ needs, including personal customization. We also train clients on how to operate their DTV+ spa platforms, making sure they are familiar with all the available options.

DTV+ Repairs

As Authorized Service Representatives for Kohler, we are first responders when any issues arise with DTV+ spa systems. This provides peace of mind to our clients. We can repair a DTV+ system that was installed incorrectly by a third party, ensuring that you get all the features of the full spa treatment. Moreover, we are authorized to repair Kohler products, including bath tubs, intelligent toilets, faucets and Choreograph walls. This includes repairs on products under warranty and those whose warranty has expired.

Warranty Service

We provide our own one-year warranty on all labor, as well as all applicable warranties offered by Kohler. Many components of DTV+ systems are warranted for five years through Kohler. As Kohler’s Authorized Service Representatives for the Pacific Northwest, we service Kohler products during and after warranty periods. Thanks to our meticulous installation, your Kohler DTV+ platform should operate flawlessly. But in the rare case of a hardware failure, you can rest easy, knowing you won’t pay for labor and parts out of your own pocket.
